Our services and scope
LaosGo Food provides food-delivery, dine-in ordering and related fulfilment services within Lao PDR. We do not provide cross-border order delivery through these services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, such as your name, phone number, email address and login credentials; order and delivery information, such as products, delivery address, recipient details, order history and support messages; payment-related confirmation or reference information; device, app and log information; and location information when you choose to allow location access for delivery or service functions.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; process and fulfil orders; provide delivery, dine-in and customer support; communicate about your orders and account; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; improve the reliability and safety of our services; and meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
When information is shared
We share only what is needed with restaurants and merchants to prepare orders, delivery partners to complete delivery, payment providers to process or confirm payment, and service providers that help us operate our systems. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect the safety, rights and security of LaosGo Food, our users or others.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here. Account and service records may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security and dispute records may be kept longer where needed for operational, accounting, legal or safety reasons. We delete, anonymize or securely restrict access to information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or ask questions about our handling of it, by contacting contact@laos-go.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Account deletion requests
To request account deletion, use the account-deletion page while signed in, or contact us at contact@laos-go.com. We acknowledge verified requests within 7 days, provide a 14-day withdrawal period, and aim to complete the request within 30 days after that period ends, subject to permitted retention described above. We do not require a fixed email address for an account-deletion request; identity verification may use the sign-in method available for your account, including phone verification when supported.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when the latest version took effect.
